Faversham Umbrella is based in the heart of our community, offering a safe place for everyone and anyone. Our vision is to support our local community by providing a vibrant, safe environment. Working together to help increase independence, self esteem and confidence.
We hold weekly activities for everyone to join ranging from singing, art to yoga and crafts to name a few. There are computers available for use where the Internet can be accessed and a well-equipped workshop where amazing handmade woodwork items are produced. We hold monthly workshops and training sessions. All activities and training are free for attendees.
When you visit, you’ll find a friendly café atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Pop in for a chat over a cup of tea and we’ll show you around the building and what we have to offer. Faversham Umbrella is here to support all members of the community in any way we can by providing a safe and friendly environment.
We are a small local registered charity relying on donations and the good will of people to share their expertise and time running activities, workshops, befriending and fundraising etc.
